Under demolition as of late 2025

Huge dead mall. Anchored by Bass Pro, Kohl's, and Burlington Coat Factory.

It was originally Forest Fair Mall with B. Altman, Sakowitz, and Bonwit Teller, Bigg's, and Elder Beerman. An odd combination, mixing ritzy department stores with a large hypermarket. It went through a period of decline, but eventually started to find its niche and include value-oriented stores. The Mills bought it, and from 2002 to 2004 it was closed for a remodeling (in which every in-line store was evicted) and reopened as Cincinnati Mills. The anchor stores remained unaffected. But this turned out to be a failure, and eventually Simon (the owner at the time) dumped it and the mall had to be renamed Cincinnati Mall. The mall finally closed for good in December 2022.
