Werbellin Lake

The Werbellin Lake emerged in the last Ice Age (Weichselian Ice Age) as a typical Rinnensee. Under the ice melt was flowing from this material, and cut a deep notches. Often kolkten also concave forms of the base. The lying in the gutter dead ice preserved while the steep flanks of the trough. It also kept the groove before the burial, as the north Pomeranian meltwater on the ice stage Toteisblock to Eberswalder glacial valley flowed.
