Oil-fired peaking power plant with a net capacity of 57 megawatts. The plant runs very sparingly and only during peak electricity demand. In the past, the plant also had two coal-fired generating units; these were retired in 2002.

The combustion turbine at the Warren facility was mothballed in the spring of 2004. The unit has a capacity rating of 68 megawatts, has dual-fuel capability, and entered commercial operation in 1972. Two coal-fired generating units that were originally commissioned in the late 1940s are also located on the site. It contains x1 Dual Coal/Oil fired (GT) Gen set; = 68 MW max Total Gen. capacity.

The plant was demolished in 2021.
