Grand Ridge wind farm is located southeast of Ottawa and northeast of Streator in La Salle County, Illinois. It consists of 4 phases, with phase I (southern section, completed in 2008) consisting of 66 wind turbines, and phases II, III and IV (completed in 2009) containing 74 turbines. All 140 turbines are GE Energy 1.5 sle, with a combined nominal capacity of 210 MW.
