OK, its not really the center of the entire universe. It is marked as such on the streets of Wallace Idaho. Apparently the mayor of this town was fed up with the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency acting as if Wallace was the center of the universe, so they decorated a manhole cover and painted lines radiating out to draw attention to the intersection in the middle of town.
