Tatitlek is an unincorporated census-designated place (CDP) located on the northeast shore of the Tatitlek Narrows of Prince William Sound, in the Valdez-Cordova Census Area of Alaska, USA. The population was 83 as of 2009.

Tatitlek is a traditional Alutiiq native coastal village. Subsistence activities provide the majority of food items.
