Northerly part of Baluster Park Office Complex owned by New York based, Emmes Asset Management. Consisting of eight office buildings, Emmes bought the 1.2 million sq. ft. complex in 2008. Emmes changed the name of the complex from Troy Corporate Center to Baluster Park and commenced renovations and increased efforts to find new tenants.

The property is named after a "balaster" which is a decorative part of a bridge. Each of the eight buildings is named after a bridge located somewhere around the world. Marlow Centre for the Marlow Bridge in the UK, Thatcher Centre for the Thatcher bridge in Balboa, Panama, etc.

The three remaining buildings constituting Balaster Park are located on the East side of Tower Drive.
