The countries of the Asia Pacific Economy Conference (APEC) held in Bogor in 1994 had a great impression on TMII. Moreover during the conference the first ladies of many Asia-Pacific countries attended the APEC Ladies Programme in TMII. TMII was able to record the event in the form of a stone epigraph with the names and signatures of the first ladies who accompanied their husbands at the conference.
The building is on the left side of the front corner of the TMII Management Center and left of the Indonesian Museum. The epigraph is placed under a pendopo with a joglo roof called The APEC Epigraph Park and is a memento of the first ladies' visit of the Asia-Pacific APEC member countries.
