ADVANCED Micro Devices Inc (AMD), the world's second largest chip maker, expands its operations in Cyberjaya as it seeks to cut costs. The US-based group is leasing a four-storey building for 10 years from Cyberview, the landowner of Cyberjaya, from July.
The Cyberjaya unit handles services like human resource, accounting and tax for the whole AMD group, which made revenue of US$5.81 billion (RM21.2 billion) in 2008.
