I always thought that it was a nuclear missile silo.

Indeed it looks more like nuclear missile silo. This place actually owned by Shell and Petronas. They actually have big pipelines planted underground linked between Port Dickson <<>> KVDT <<>> KLIA.

wow, you can really see the route of the underground pipe from the satellite map, straight all the way to cyberjaya

That visible pipeline route is actually Petronas Gas pipelines, dual natural gas (high pressure) pipelines that run from Kerteh, Kuantan, branching at Segamat to Singapore and going up north to Seremban, KLIA, Shah Alam, Setiawan, Gurun until Thailand.

Project Name: Klang Valley Distribution Terminal Start Date: March 1993 Completion Date: June 1998 The project entailed engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning of a strategic storage and distribution terminal with a capacity for storing up to 140,000 cubic meetings of hydrocarbon products. The facility is located on a site of more than 60 acres in the Klang Valley corridor between Kuala Lumpur and the West Coast of Malaysia. Gasoline and diesel products arrive at the terminal via a multi-product pipeline from Petronas and Shell refineries at Melaka and Port Dickson. There are individual storage facilities for leaded gasoline, unleaded gasoline and diesel, and a separate injection additive facility to cater for the different fuel formulation requirements of Petronas and Shell. The heart of the facility is the state-of-the-art computer control system, which is integrated with the multi-product pipeline product control system and monitors and controls the loading of road tankers. It also provides an accounting base for each of the Joint Venture partners.
