Joy Haft (Seventh River) a Mini town you can say, becuase Jalal Abad City is now growing day by day, therefor its the one of the best resident place for living, its near to Jalal Abad Public Hospital, Governor house and any ministry Provincial Directorate, It has many shopping places on it self and have a number of Private and government School, High School and Private Institute now a days. Joy Haft Area has the only water supply network will be for Jalal Abad City residence, becuase its water is clean and pure and all year it has full water. Therefor it called Joy haft Area(Seventh Water), Most of Joy Area people are from Behsood and Surkh Rod Districts and mostly they are Persian; while others are also living here, including within Nangarhar districts and from all around the country, becuase Joy Haft air is fresh and little cold then other place of Jalal Abad city in summer.
