Restored after the fire of 1812 in Empire Style, the first floor was a late 18th century apartment building of A. A Muromtsev, rebuilt in 1828 by the architect M. A. Arsenev

Now part of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation.

The narrow part of the building faces Bolshaya Nikitskaya Ul while the building stretches along Gazetny Pereulok.
