Film Set Or MOUT Training Area

The ground-level layout is a typical DPRK lineup of buildings around a central plaza / rally ground ---but from above one sees that most "buildings" are just one- or two-walled facades. Cast shadows show the presence of window openings in the walls. Zig-zag and "clover" structures are also present ---the latter are roofless tubes. Apparently the empty facade-village is a film set for movie-making or perhaps is a military or security training area for MOUT (Military Operations in Urban Terrain).
