Korean School for Foreigners (Pyongyang)

This is a school operated by the DPRK for the children of ex-patriate residents, including UN and diplomatic personnel, residing in P'yŏngyang. As this is for foreign children the school offers a typical western elementary and pre-secondary curriculum. While faculty will stimulate students curiosity in the DPRK, political education and KWP indoctrination does not occur at this school.

  • I attend that school and I have to say, it concentrates on study more than any other regular school from America! If you are a foreigner in Pyongyang, visit this school!
