Masjid Sandnipura (Balapur)

The Masjid on the northern tip of the confluence of the Bhains and Mun rivers is a small and beautiful mosque. The huge bridge on the bye-pass section of National High 6 and this masjid makes a very nostalgic seen. This mosque is not in five time a day use because of lack of access during rains when the Mun river is in spate, there being no bridge and the populace is on the other side of the river bank. During the famous Muharram Festival, Sawaris visit the mosque on the 'YaumE Aashoora' at around Asr prayer.
