  • Yes, this is the place. I agree, please respect the current resident and view from afar, and as stated, this was used for exterior shots only, so please don't tresspass for a glimpse inside.
  • Yes, and there is also a very good streetview shot of the house. I'd like to know how this particular house was chosen by Sherwood Schwartz or whoever, so much so that they had to go to the trouble (for the Brady Shots) of putting up a fake upper window. Anyway, It's a shame that the current owners were harassed so much that they had to put an iron fence around their whole property. At least it's a great looking fence! And, I'd like to reinforce TomDotCom's statement about "viewing from afar". All someone is going to do by jumping this fence is look really ignorant, there weren't any interior shots filmed here, and only the one front exterior. (The one where the early Oldsmobile Toronado drives by in the longer sequences) I'm thankful the current owners haven't changed the look of their famous house, like the "Amityville Horror" residents had to.
  • I'm sorry I asked a question in my above post, which was answered in the link two posts above that. (I wondered why they chose that particular house, and the answer was in a link in the original house description: davidbrady.com/times/latbrady.html )
  • Something I found interesting is this home has two levels on the left side and only one on the right. In the show the 2 story part was on the right and the 1 story was on the left...
  • I've been there, and the home looks almost exactly as it did 40 years ago. If you want to see renderings of what the home might look like on the inside, you can go to http://flic.kr/bradybunchhouse Or just go to the flickr website and type in Brady Bunch house.
