The Cojo Ranch has nine miles of coastline, including at least three world-class boat-in-access-only surf spots as well as Point Conception, while the Jalama Ranch has 142 acres of coastline and a couple damn fine waves as well. (Cojo's total acreage is almost 10,000, while Jalama includes 15,500 acres or 24 square miles.)
