One of the pump stations along the Alyeska pipe line between Deadhorse and Valdez. Located right alongside the Dalton just north of Gobblers Knob and south of Coldfoot. This station relieves pipeline pressure by slowing the flow of oil descending from the Brooks range. This station is built on a refrigerated foundation that keeps the building's heat from melting the permafrost below.
