Biglow Canyon Wind Farm covers about 25,000 acres on the plateau lands south of the Columbia River in Oregon. It is centered roughly 6 miles south of the river, about 11 miles (17 km) east of Biggs Junction and 20 miles (32 km) west of Arlington. Commissioned in 3 phases, it consists of a total of 217 wind turbines with a combined generating capacity of 450MW.

Phase 1 (2007, north/central section) contains 76 Vestas V82/1650 turbines, Phase 2 (2009, west/southwest section) contains 65 Siemens SWT-2.3-93 turbines, and Phase 3 (2010, east section) contains 76 Siemens SWT-2.3-93 turbines.
