Refers to the village of Moscow Izobilnensky rayonu.V lives - 5,514 people. About 40% of the working population works for companies and institutions outside the village: the city of Stavropol, Mikhailovsky, pos. Ryzdvyany, pp. Don, fur farms "Forest keys, etc. The village of Moscow was founded in 1780 as a fortress built by the soldiers Gorsky Jaeger Battalion, and then transformed into the village of Moscow. In the village center of Moscow is located a stone, tall (height over 30 meters) building serving the church, built in 1839. In the village there are: State Agro-Technical College (formerly the secondary vocational school, founded in 1923), Secondary School № 4, annually trains about 700 students, kindergarten № 42 "Tower" with 110 seats, 2 stadiums, the House of everyday life. On the outskirts of the village in a wooded area is a children's recreation camp "Forest Keys."
