Community of luxury carriage homes.

During the winter of 2005-2006 part of the hillside gave way near the south-eastern portion of the development. This was due to the developer's attempts to extend the backyards of the carriage homes without consulting an engineer and in violation of the approved site plan. A large concrete retaining wall has since been constructed to prevent further slides but the scares from the landslides are still plainly visible. (www.post-gazette.com/pg/06110/683478-57.stm)
