Facility has two tunnel-bunkers ---a greater-than-usual amount of construction at DPRK anti-aircraft firebases. One of the DPRK typical SAM revetment layouts is present ---along with a much larger Guideline/SA-2 class weapon layout which indicates (in this part of the world) older constriction since SA-2 is being phased out in favor of less land-intensive and less overhead-recognizable weapons systems. This base is less than a mile from the Sungho-area mountain tunnel-bunker range and less than two miles from the Central Committee estates at Kangdong. Outline is not exact.
