Vasil Levski Stadium (Yunak) underground station is the deepest underground stations ever constructed in Sofia so far. It is 22 meters under the surface. There are 3 floors, 2 of which are underground parking.
The station has two platforms and one pavilion-type entrance in the middle of planed garden in the north-west corner of Borisova gradina park. This stations construction side was the ground zero, from where the "kartitsa" digging machine was launched one year ago to start the digging of the tunnels for the next extension of Sofia underground - from Serdika station to Mladost Housing Estate.
