This is the point at which the north end of the groomed Chulitna Bluff winter multiuse trail currently terminates. Travelers may head north, into Denali State Park,on social trails or west, to the Tokositna River, which is a main north-south route when frozen sufficiently. Spectacular views of Mt McKinley may be seen from the south end of the lake.
