The front part of this interesting building was constructed in 1884 and housed Wennig's Meat Market. Additions have been made to the structure since then. At different times the building housed the Bank of Pleasanton and the Pleasanton Justice Court. For a long time, the C. A. Gale Law Office was in the building.
