This stone and concrete tower stands at the summit of the Sleeping Giant ridge system, approximately 740 feet. It was built in the 1930s, and has since been renovated. The tower's top story provides a panoramic view extending more than 270 degrees, including the city of New Haven, Long Island Sound, and, atmospheric conditions permitting, points on Long Island.
