6-story commercial building originally completed in 1940, but renovated since. The facade is clad in cast-concrete above a 2-story base of banded black granite. The east facade on the avenue is divided into five bays; the center bay is narrower and framed in black granite even on the upper floors, with large, square windows, and metal-framed glass double-doors at the ground floor. The other bays have large window openings, with four panes (plus short lower panes) at the intermediate bays, and tripartite windows at the outer bays.

The south facade on 47th Street has five wide bays, but the center bay is split in two by a narrow pier. Two of the bays have garage doors at the ground floor, and two others have secondary entrances. The building was Manhattan Toyota prior to 2022.
