Although this was originally built as (and most recognizable as) a Wal-Mart, which moved north an exit to a new Supercenter location in the mid 1990s, from ~1996 to November 2010, this was a Sussan Fine Furniture (and apparently, fairly popular despite the lousy location). The signage was intact as late as August 2013 but as of 2015 this is no longer the case. The structure was torn down following Hurricane Harvey as the flooding of Dickson Bayou finally compromising the structure
