One of three Kerry Glen Homeowners Associations near the end of Ripple Creek. The apartment complex, built in the 1960's, was converted to condominiums in 1979. The owner occupancy rate is approximately 60%. The neighbors know each other, wave, and keep an eye out for each other, without being nosy. The board does a careful job with maintenance and financing. Our monthly dues include the costs for electricity, water, trash, landscaping, and building maintenance. We can watch the Buffalo Bayou glide by from our perch approximately 20' above the water line. We've never flooded, including the parking garage, which sits below the ground-floor units. The area is secluded and safe.
