  • with the hike of global oil price effected the construction material price. this project will likely never be completed in 2012. since it located next to the over crowded Puduraya, why don't our beloved government bought over it and convert the basement or certain completed floor as bus/taxi terminal?

  • Why dont you guy give the money for the project to resume ? Why us ? as tax-payer, we have already paid much. The right question is : 1) How the project is planned and allocated to the developer, what is the developer background ? (poor planning ? rasuah ? policy ?), or is the original company is just like the Kepong MRR2 company - RM20 capital company, got problem, close company and is now freed from liability but with the sucked billion money in their pocket. It is not the only developer affected by oil-price hike, global economy crisis, etc. why other can survice but not this ?
  • This project gonna reborn soon, transaction done and sold to China Developer. Pay attention to it in coming next year. it is coming, and beneficial to surrounding project like The Robertson, Swiss Garden Residence, etc.
