Redden Lodge was built around 1903 by the Pennsylvania Railroad Company as a quail hunting retreat for the company's executives and their guests. Visitors would come by train to Redden Station, proceeding to the lodge by horse and carriage. The building was placed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1980 and underwent renovation in the mid-1990s. It is open to the public for a fee.
