Playa Nicuesa Rainforest Lodge (www.nicuesalodge.com) is an environmentally sensitive lodge set on a 165-acre private preserve in the undeveloped Pacific Coast of Southern Costa Rica. The lodge embraces conservation and harmony with the natural environment and caters to travelers interested in ecotourism, nature, adventure and sports. It is located within the lush rainforest of the Piedras Blancas section of Corcovado National Park, and fronts the pristine coastline of the Golfo Dulce.

All accommodations feature private open-air baths, canopied beds, ceiling fans, and full-length louver doors that wrap around rooms - with private verandas providing spectacular views of rainforest and beach. Accommodations are uniquely designed in accord with the natural environment, utilizing natural materials with minimal disturbance to the surrounding rainforest, area wildlife and beaches. The lodge has equipment necessary to have all guests enjoy a host of activities such as: hiking, kayaking, wildlife viewing, sports-fishing, windsurfing, sailing, river trips, biking and snorkeling.
