Oddanchatram is a cool place to live. People of various religions and various communities are living here. This place is an example for unity at diversity. It has all the necessary facilities for people. Oddanchatram has a beautiful hill at the back of this town. Food at Oddanchatram is very nice(hmmmmmmm!....WOW!!). Oddanchatram is exactly 28 kilometers from Dindigul and Pazhani, i.e. it is at the midpoint between Dindigul and Pazhani. It has a largest wholesale vegetable market in Tamilnadu. Oddancahtram also has a Christian Fellowship Hospital which was established on 1955, it is doing social service to the people living there and around. Apart from this hospital there are many more hospitals and clinics. There are two government and more than 10 matriculation higher secondary schools available in this town. And also lot of middle and nursery schools also there. For entertainment you have three cinema theatres and one Dam. People living in and around Oddanchatram are really nice, you will come to know that if you have a visit to this beautiful town...so what next...have a trip to this beautiful place yaar!:)
