Located at the foothills of Palani Hills, Oddanchatram is a small rural town in Dindigul District of Tamil Nadu. It is 22 km north-west of Dindigul, on Dindigul-Palani Road.

Madurai- Coimbatore and Dindigul-Palani roads pass through this town. Just one-hour drive from Palani, this small town is famous as a market for vegetables, fruits and dairy products. Parapalar Dam is a nearby attraction.

Oddanchatram Railway Station (Oddam Hatram Railway Station) is on the Palani-Dindigul line.
