Toro actually owns all of the land from their main headquarters all the way north to American Blvd. From my understand there are two exceptions: the land and building just west of the railroad tracks and just south of American Blvd. There is also another lot with a house on it they do not currently own. All the other homes and businesses they rent out to the current occupants. Reason: Future expansion if needed... note what appears to be part of a golf course just north of the building... this is where they do much of their testing of new prototype parts as well as re-engineering of current models. |
