The Elephant (BG: Slona) Tree.
1300 year old summer oak tree. Height 23 m, circumference 7.5 m. By 2010, the tree had already dried up - no branches, only a stem. Fortunately, it has left healthy offspring that can be spotted on the nearby slopes.

"Slona" was declared a protected area by Order No. 333 of 16.05.1991 of the the Ministry of Environment, published in issue № 43/1991 of the State Gazette with the aim of preserving an ancient oak forest.
Unique identification code in the register of protected areas in Bulgaria: 95.
Area: 13.3 hectares.
