Formerly the Reichsbahn (former German national railway) repair workshop. Today the area is populated with associations in the field of culture, music, theatre, a circus for children and more. There are concerts and slam poetry all year as well as frequent open air cinema and a flea market in summer, some clubs as Cassiopeia, Astra and the Suicide Circus, a climbing garden on the walls of the old bunker with a beergarden and a skateboard hall.
