Jakarta Industrial Estate Pulogadung is a jointly state-owned and provincially-owned industrial estate located at Pulogadung subdistrict, East Jakarta. The estate, with accumulated land size of 570 hectares, is generally regarded as oldest planned industrial estate in Indonesia, having been built developed since around 1974, when the developer, PT Jakarta Industrial Estate Pulogadung (Persero) is founded in 26 June 1973, far earlier than other comparable estates which mostly built since early 1990s.

As of July 2013, 283 companies have facilities at this estate.

This Industrial Estate Will be moved outside jakarta by the the indonesian government

  • Poor area,you must have sticker to enter this estate, otherwise you will go around and get lost. Security on the street were impolite and , very bad traffic jam to enter this state.
