  Blagovischenka belongs to Ukraine. However,there is no checkpoint (Sept 2012), and you could drive through the village without being stopped (from Russia to Russia) - this is a narrow strip of Ukrainian territory on the road from Millerovo to Ukranian border, where the checkpoint is located (Voloshino). Russian sign prohibits stopping, however many cars stop in the village and people buy something at local market.
