Deq (also spelled Dek) is an island on Lake Tana, the source of Blue Nile. With an approximate surface area of 26 km² (10 mi²), it is the largest island on the lake. Narga-Selassie, a monastery built by Empress Mentewab in the 18th century, is located on the west side of the island.
