Cake Boutique is a coffee shop on the Lavender Hill specialising in interesting cakes and pastries. The rage is impressive - everything from toffee apples and apple strudel to fig tarts and interestingly coloured cupcakes. Also serves all the coffees and drinks you'd expect. A couple of years back, this shop front used to be a rather scruffy furniture depot - you wouldn't recognise it now that it's become a very smart shop - lots of red, white and marble. They also have pavement seating, as well as small tables for children, and free wi-fi. Service was friendly and, al in all, it's quite a find for this part of the Lavender Hill and worth a visit.
