  This shell station was once the battle ground when Chew and Lim's jetties children when they fought their "battles" in the sixties. The children threw stones and even porcelain plates at the opposing group, but most of the time it landed harmlessly at this station which annoyed the owner! After the "battle", respective group would boast of their success to those who fear to join them at the "battle"! Those were the days when computer war games were non existence. Their mothrs would scream their heads out. Today, mothers still scream, when their chidren get too indulge in computer games, that remain unchange.
