Imperial House, 150 East 69th Street, is exclusive cooperative apartment building, located on Manhattan's Upper East Side. Film queen Joan Crawford had two apartments in the building. She first moved into 22-G after the death of her 4th husband, Pepsi Cola president, Al Steele. Crawford then moved to a smaller apartment (22-H) in September of 1973. Crawford passed away in 22-H on May 10, 1977.
