"Elm Court" Outbuilding Remains (Sands Point, New York)

Once part of the Edgar Luckenback Sr. estate designed c. 1921 in the Italian Renaissance style by Egerton Swartwout. Stucco on tile structure which served as part of the greenhouse group. The estate was used as a school for decades before being demolished in 1977.

The outbuilding is now seemingly abandoned and was demolished by 2021.
