3-story vehicle maintenance facility (VMF) completed in 1988 for the United States Postal Service. Designed by Haines Lundberg Waehler, it is clad in silver aluminum panels, with large, dark grey metal screening panels along the 3rd floor and parts of the 2nd, separating by a bright red stripe.

Inside, the garage has 469,000 square feet of space on three levels, with parking space for 660 vehicles as well as repair facilities and administrative offices. Postal vehicles of all shapes and sizes enter and leave along a series of ramps on the northern facade.
