  • Beautiful small temple at the entarance of a quaint little village by the side of a lazy meandering river. Coolest place ???..... no way ..... its a brilliant place. The times spent in this place are never forgotten, early morning bath in the river, laid back days spent at the mango groves playing marbles, running behind the car thats distributing movie pamplets, evening cricket by the bank of the rivers, late evening spent at the ayyappa temple yards, village gossip, so much more !!!! Falling asleep listening to the sounds of flowing river !!! what a place
  • I belong to this village.... Choppu pattars house at the nadugramam. Had taken bath at least 10000times in the river and witnessed the car festival 25times along with marian poojai. A great place to live, relax and spend the rest of your life. Recently been there for Sastha preethi. had a great time. looking forward for the car festival by end of April. Friends ....!! be in touch with me. Sundar.

  • I am the grandson of the late Govindaiyer. I cannot forget those laid back times in the village during our summer vacation visits. The river was the main attraction. It is a pity that Bharata puzha is down to a trickle now.
  • A nice village where history sleeps, but unknown exact facts as to when its history began. The village is built with 150 houses standing in two rows touching each other. http://thirunellai.blogspot.com
