  • According to the President of MapsCO (A local street guide publisher) this is the most interesting/unusual street in the Dallas/Fort Worth area.
  • Southridge Residential Development
  • Pennsylvania Drive intersects Ridgecrest Circle five times! It must be very confusing for emergency response personnel. This neighborhood dates to at least the 1960s because it is shown as fully built in maps from the early 1970s.
  • In the 1980's Southridge was a popular and affluent neighborhood on the edge of town, inhabited by professors from the nearby university and various local businessmen. These days, it is now surrounded by development (both commercial and residential), and there are several more affluent neighborhoods adjacent to Southridge. It can indeed be a confusing place to drive through, but one soon gets used to the bizarre spiral.
  • I live in this neighborhood. It's called Southridge East. Built in a grove of Post Oaks, many of the homes have mature post oak trees still on their properties; some of which have been estimated at more than 300 years of age. The older areas of the development were built in the late 60's, another flurry of development in the mid 80's, and the western edge has had new building in the last 10 years or so. Great Denton neighborhood; close to shopping and good schools, easy access to I35E and I35W!
  • Close proximity to many great public schools and low crimerate!
