Golden Ring Hotel, built in 1970 as the Belgrade-I Hotel, is a luxurious five-star hotel in Moscow. The hotel is located just opposite the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Building and the Arbat Street, on Smolenskaya Ulitsa. Since 1991 the Golden Ring Hotel is a member of the hotels affiliated to the Department of Affairs of the President of the Russian Federation.

Reconstructed in 1998, it is the latest addition to Moscow's luxury hotel group. It is located just opposite the skyscraper of Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The hotel has 270 rooms, 112 doubles and 81 suites. The rooms offer views onto the hotel's inner courtyard, the neighbouring street, Ministry of Foreign Affairs building, the Moskva River and its embankments.
