Billy's Antiques & Props sits behind 10 foot high razor-wire topped chain link fencing at the corner of East Houston and Elizabeth streets. A gate in the fencing leads to the main structure which is made up of a tarp covered frame. During business hours, the wares occupy a major portion of the sidewalk space along Houston Street running toward the Bowery. The wares are a myriad of items from tables and chairs, cabinetry, shelving, mirrors, lamps, etc...
