1-story building completed in 1915 as a warehouse loading dock. More recently, it was occupied by Eyebeam, a not-for-profit arts and technology center based in New York City. Their stated purpose is to promote the creative use of new technologies by funding artwork, education and exhibitions. The building was sold in 2014, and could be replaced by a residential building up to 250-feet.
